1. Order & Payment Confirmation
Once your payment has been successfully completed through our secure checkout (via Klarna or credit/debit card such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and others),
you will immediately receive an order confirmation email with your order number and purchase details.
If you do not receive the confirmation within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder,
or contact our customer support team for assistance.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment verification (excluding weekends and holidays).
During high-demand seasons or promotional periods, processing may take an additional 2–4 business days.
Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
We ship orders worldwide using trusted logistics partners such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and local postal carriers.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
You can use this tracking number to check the delivery status directly on the official website of the courier (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or your local postal carrier).
Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.
5. Customs Duties & Import Taxes
Depending on your country’s import regulations, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply.
These charges are not included in the item price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Failed Deliveries or Wrong Address
Please make sure your shipping address and contact information are entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If your order is returned to us because it was undeliverable,
we can reship it once the customer covers the reshipping cost.
7. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or countries with local import restrictions on cosmetic products.
If your region is affected, our support team will contact you to arrange an alternative.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within 30 days after shipment, please contact us with your order number and tracking information.
We will help you locate the parcel or issue a replacement/refund depending on the situation.
